Dustin Penner is starting to play better but wants to do even more the rest of the season. Penner got off to a slow start this season and while he has played better of late, he is looking to improve. "I've been at that level before, and higher," Penner said of his recent play. "It's just a matter of maintaining it. It's a mindset. The work during the summer helped, but the (early-season groin) injury kind of inhibited that. Those three weeks (with the hand injury) were kind of a blessing in disguise. The broken knuckle gave my lower body time to heal." Penner owners are hoping it's true and that he will have a good rest of the season.
