Dustin Brown scored a goal and an assist but it wasn't enough for the Los Angeles Kings to prevail as they lost to the Phoenix Coyotes 5-4 via a shootout. Brown also had five shots on goal and six hits in a stat sheet-filling night of action. He helped the Kings build a 3-0 lead in the first period that eventually evaporated once the contest was over.
