Dustin Brown appears to be alright despite the rough treatment he received in Game 2 on Tuesday night. He was pushed from behind into the boards by Phoenix's Martin Hanzal, which earned him a one-game suspension, and he received a hefty slash from goaltender Mike Smith to the back of his leg. Brown was asked which play hurt more and he said, "Probably the hit. The slash, my leg went numb. ... You're used to getting slashed every day." Brown stayed in the game and is expected to play in Game 3 on Thursday night. He leads the team with seven goals and seven assists in 11 playoff contests.
