Dupuis is no longer dealing with the blood clots that ended his season prematurely, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports. While the fact that Dupuis is "clot-free" is certainly encouraging, general manager Jim Rutherford stated that "there are other things from a medical point of view that have to be looked at." It seems as though Dupuis' future with the Penguins, and perhaps the NHL in general, remains uncertain.
