Duchene snapped a three-game scoreless slump with a third-period goal Thursday, and he tallied in the shootout as well, helping the Avs to a 4-3 win over Toronto. He'd gone minus-3 over those last three contests and had in fact collected just two assists over his prior six games entering Thursday's action. But Duchene is way too talented to slump like that for long, so it's no surprise to see him get back on the horse.
