Duchene had a solid preseason finishing with one goal, three assists and a minus-3 rating in six games played. Coming off a 70-point season in 2013-14, Duchene is set to improve his offensive output this season. He played in 71 games last season so if he is able to stay healthy, his numbers should increase in all the major categories. Duchene is set to be on Colorado's second line with Ryan O'Reilly and Jarome Iginla as well as seeing power play time with Gabriel Landeskog and Nathan MacKinnon.
