Dmitry Kulikov scored for the Panthers on Saturday night, but it wasn't enough in their 3-2 loss to the Hurricanes. Kulikov will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason and his inconsistent play has fired up the trade rumors. The 23-year-old offers a lot of promise as a puck-moving blueliner, though his three goals and eight points don't exactly reveal that. Marcel Goc also scored in the loss.
