Dmitry Kulikov has signed a three-year, $13 million contract extension with the Florida Panthers. Kulikov was a restricted free agent after completing his two-year, $5 million deal. He had 19 points and 66 penalty minutes in 81 games last season. The Panthers were one of the worst teams offensively last season and while they won't be great in 2014-15, they should at least approach the level of mediocrity and that will help Kulikov reach the 25-point mark for the third time in his career.
