In 37 contests with the Wolf Pack this season, the blueliner netted 21 points including four power-play goals. If he does suit up, it would be the first NHL game of the year for the 30-year-old. What affect a playoff start will have on Diaz's plans to play in the Swiss NLA after this season is unclear.
