Detroit is expected to know more about the status of Pavel Datsyuk's head injury Tuesday at practice. The Red Wings have been treating Datsyuk like he suffered a concussion, but that hasn't been confirmed yet. He was held out of Sunday's game as a precaution after he was hit in the jaw by the elbow of Ottawa defenseman Jared Cowen on Saturday.
