Despite earlier reports that indicated otherwise, Fabbri (concussion) will not play Saturday against the Islanders, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Fabbri practiced Friday, and reportedly looked good on the ice, which seemed to indicate he would be ready to return to action Saturday against the Islanders. However, St. Louis seems to be proceeding with caution with their promising 19-year-old forward. Considering his increased participation in practice of late, Fabbri could realistically be ready for Tuesday's tilt against the Lightning.
