Derek Stepan and the New York Rangers still haven't agreed to terms. Stepan won't attend the Rangers' training camp while he remains a restricted free agent. Rangers coach Alain Vigneault said he'll welcome Stepan "with open arms" when the matter is resolved, but it would still obviously be better if he was at the team's camp. "There's no doubt on that; we've got a whole new staff, some new teammates, you want everybody to start together to build that foundation, so we're all striving for the same goals," Vigneault said.
