Derek Joslin is scheduled to have an arbitration hearing on July 28th. The NHLPA website actually seems to indicate that Joslin has agreed to terms with the Hurricanes, but we can't confirm that through any other means. Either way, the Hurricanes and Joslin will only have an arbitration hearing if Joslin doesn't sign a contract extension before the assigned date. Stay tuned.
