David Backes left Saturday night's game in the second period after colliding with Flyers' defenseman Chris Pronger. It is unclear if Backes left the game due to a shoulder injury or a concussion as after the collision he hit his head on the ice. Either way, this is major concern for the Blues and for anyone who is relying on the underrated Backes in their respective hockey pools.
