Darling will start in net for the Blackhawks on Sunday, ESPN Chicago reports. Darling was considered a candidate to start the Sunday game of the back-to-back stretch Saturday and Sunday. He will make his first NHL regular season start following a 2-0-0 record with a 1.44 GAA and .948 save percentage with AHL Rockford this season. When Crawford is healthy enough to return, it wouldn't be surprising if Darling is sent back to the AHL.
