Darling was pulled in Saturday's Game 6 against the Predators after giving up three goals on 12 shots. A miserable night for Darling, who appears to have returned to his role as team backup. After the 26-year-old was yanked, former starter Corey Crawford entered the game in relief, stopping all 13 shots he faced to help the Blackhawks defeat the Predators 4-3 and move on to Round 2. While it's likely the more experience Crawford starts Game 1 of the second round, don't be surprised if Darling sees more playoff action in the event Crawford struggles once again.
