The 28-year-old continues to excel as Chicago's backup netminder. He is now 14-5-2 with a .928 save percentage and 2.19 GAA. Darling posted better numbers in 2014-15, but it was a smaller sample size. As a full time NHL backup, his numbers are clearly better this season, and he has to be started in all standard leagues whenever he's in Chicago's net.
