Daniel Alfredsson scored for the first time in the Senators' 5-1 win over the Canadiens on Wednesday night.

Ottawa has to be happy about the across-the-board contributions. Five different players scored: Alfredsson, Chris Phillips, Jim O'Brien, Chris Neil and Mika Zibanjad. And three different ones notched two assists apiece: Colin Greening, Zach Smith and Andre Benoit, who was in the lineup for Sergei Gonchar. Neil (nine) and Smith (five) also helped fantasy owners out in the penalty-minute department, too.
