Craig Anderson made a whopping 48 saves for Ottawa in a 4-2 win over the Canadiens in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference playoff series. If not for the midseason ankle injury he suffered Anderson would likely be the favorite to win the Vezina Trophy this year so we're certainly not surprised by this exceptional performance. They may have been underdogs entering the series, but knowledgeable fans already knew the Senators would be a tough one for Montreal.
