Craig Anderson faced only 19 shots but allowed three in the Ottawa Senators' 3-2 loss to the visiting New York Rangers. Anderson had been first-rate this season, and wasn't all that bad in this one, but couldn't stop the combination of Derek Stepan and Marion Gaborik. Stepan had a goal and two assists while Gaborik scored his eighth and ninth goals of the season.
