Craig Anderson blocked 18 of 19 shots Thursday as the Senators defeated Washington by a score of 3-1. Anderson has now given up more than two goals on one occasion in his six appearance since returning from injury earlier this month. If not for the time he missed he would likely be the favorite for the Vezina Trophy this season.
