Subban suffered the injury against Carolina on Dec. 4, when he allowed six goals on 25 shots in his 2021 debut. It's unclear where the 27-year-old currently stands on Buffalo's goalie depth chart, but he'll certainly need to improve upon his debut if he's to get substantial playing time.
