Copp was brought in following the decision to place Shawn Matthias (lower body) on injured reserve. In eight games with the Moose this season, Copp has five helpers along with four PIM and 13 shots on goal. It is unclear whether the 22-year-old will suit up Thursday against Washington or if he was called up to add emergency depth as the team kicks off a three-game road trip.
