Byfield ended his seven-game point drought by setting up Carl Grundstrom for the opening tally Friday. This was Byfield's first assist of the season. The 19-year-old center has cemented himself in a third-line role since Jan. 20, though he hasn't added much offense. He's at two points, 14 shots on net and a minus-3 rating in 12 contests this season. He's probably safe to skip over in redraft formats, but dynasty managers will want to continue monitoring the 2020 No. 2 overall pick's performance for the remainder of the campaign.
