Cody Hodgson is looking forward to getting back to playing even though it will be with Buffalo's AHL affiliate, the Rochester Americans. "You can only play games and practice and scrimmage for so long," he said. "I had a really good summer, but it was long. I'm excited to get back into a competitive atmosphere." Hodgson feels fit and ready to contribute in a talented field of AHL players thanks to the NHL lockout.
