Coach Paul Maurice confirmed Stuart (lower body) would be activated from IR and return to the lineup Saturday against the Kings, Ed Tait of the Winnipeg Free Press reports. Wow. Initially expected to be sidelined through February with the injury, Stuart was able to beat his recovery timetable by a full three weeks. He'll be one of three Jets skaters to return from long-term injuries Saturday, as Evander Kane (lower body) and Toby Enstrom (lower body) will also rejoin the lineup. Look for Stuart to be plugged in on the Jets' third pairing with Jay Harrison, where he'll make up for his lack of offensive ability with a bounty of hits and blocks.
