Coach Jack Capuano declined to provide an update on Visnovsky (undisclosed) following Wednesday's practice, ESPN New York's Katie Strang reports. Visnovsky left Tuesday's Game 4 in the second period after getting absolutely demolished on a hit by the Capitals' Tom Wilson. The Islanders haven't revealed the nature of his injury and likely won't have more information on the blueliner until he's formally evaluated later Wednesday. For the moment, it doesn't appear promising that he'll be able to play in Thursday's Game 5, which could open the door for top defense prospects Griffin Reinhart or Ryan Pulock to enter the lineup.
