With the Senators not back in action until Saturday's matchup with Vancouver, Bernard-Docker should have enough practice time to crack the lineup if needed. Once Ottawa gets back to full strength on the blue line, including Josh Brown (upper body), Thomas Chabot (COVID-19 protocols) and Dillon Heatherington (COVID-19 protocols), the 21-year-old Bernard-Docker should find himself back on the taxi squad or in the minors outright.
