Chris VandeVelde has agreed to a one-year, two-way deal with the Philadelphia Flyers.VandeVelde will come with a $575,000 annual cap hit at the NHL level. He had an assist in 18 games with Philadelphia in 2013-14. He turned 27 in March and should be regarded as an organizational depth forward.
