Chris Kreider thinks the NHL playoff experience he picked up last year will help him this time around. "I think I've learned a lot. I think I've grown a lot as a player," he said. "I'm hoping I can bring more to the team than I did last year and be more consistent and help them win games. Last year, there weren't really expectations, there wasn't any pressure. It was just go and play. Mistakes were made but, at the same time, it was an inconsistency. To be a good pro, you talk about consistency, the same effort every single night. That's the focus." Kreider tallied five goals and seven points in 18 postseason contests last season, but he managed to produce just two markers and one assist in 23 outings with the Rangers over the course of the 2013 regular season.
