Chad Ruhwedel will make his season debut with the Sabres on Saturday night. "He can skate. We need good puck-moving defensemen," interim coach Ted Nolan said. "Everybody looks for them and he'll have his opportunity tonight." Ruhwedel feels better acclimated to the pro game than he did during his seven NHL appearances last season out of college.
