Swayman made 23 saves in a 3-2 overtime loss to the Lightning on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
He didn't face his first shot until 12:31 and wasn't really busy most of the night -- his Bruins outshot the Lightning 38-21 before OT. Swayman was beaten on a shortie in the first and an own-goal deflection off his own defender in the second. Steven Stamkos wired a slapper on a two-on-one in OT to win the game. Swayman is 2-2-1 in his last five and 7-4-1 on the season. He has a slight edge on Linus Ullmark for playing time, but Tuukka Rask's return looms as early as January. And Swayman doesn't need to clear waivers to be sent to the AHL. Fantasy managers need to keep that in mind as they prepare for the second half of the season.
