Thompson has been fantastic through three AHL games this year, recording a .940 save percentage and three wins. With Robin Lehner (upper body) uncertain for Saturday's game versus the Sharks, Thompson will add depth in the crease. Marc-Andre Fleury will start if Lehner can't go. Thompson will need to be activated to suit up anyway.
