Prior to getting hurt, Burrows had a somewhat disappointing postseason as he went goalless in all 15 outings while tallying just five helpers. Since joining the Senators, the winger had potted 11 points in 20 contests, but was unable to consistently contribute in the playoffs. The 36-year-old will now turn his attention to getting ready for the 2017-18 season which figures to be his first full campaign in the red and black.
