Steen was elevated to the Bruins' roster Monday, Steve Conroy of the Boston Herald reports.

Steen will likely continue to be shuffled between the AHL and NHL as a cap-saving measure but should see plenty of action with the Bruins. In 18 outings this year, the 23-year-old center has tallied two goals, four assists and 28 hits while averaging 10:57 of ice time.
