Bruno Gervais and Max Talbot organized a players' tour to raise money for local Quebec charities, and Thursday they played at the Colis‚e. The series of exhibition games is a way for players to attempt to stay in game shape, while giving back to the community as well. Hall Gill, Brian Gionta and Carey Price were among the participants. The game drew 5,600, though it could've been more of a success with the capacity of the Colis‚e at 15,000. "We were hoping we'd get more people," Gervais said. "I thought with this city wanting a team, there would be more but I think the fans who were here got a good show." More players are expected to attend as the work stoppage drags on.
