Brian Campbell is reportedly willing to waive his no-trade clause to play for the Florida Panthers. It's not yet clear who the Panthers would give up in return. Campbell comes with an ugly $7.140 million annual cap hit, but that's actually not such a bad thing for the Panthers, given that they need to increase their payroll significantly just to meet the 2011-12 cap floor. Campbell's playing time with the man advantage has been slipping in Chicago, but he should get plenty of power-play playing time with the Panthers if he ends up getting traded. Stay tuned.
