Brett Sutter and the Hurricanes have agreed to a one-year, $550,000 two-way deal. If Sutter doesn't play in Carolina, he will earn only $150,000. We don't see Sutter as playing a major role with the Canes in 2012-13. He is not fantasy relevant.
