Brent Seabrook sniped the game-winning overtime goal to lead the Blackhawks to the Western Conference final with a 2-1 victory over the Red Wings in Game 7 on Wednesday night. This game had a little bit of everything -- good and bad. It seemed as if the Blackhawks were on their way to a Game 7 win in regulation because with 1:49 remaining Niklas Hjalmarsson scored. However, matching roughing minors were called on Kyle Quincey and Brand Saad seconds before by the back official, negating the goal in a very controversial way. Patrick Sharp also potted a marker for the Blackhawks, and he now has seven goals and 11 points in 12 playoff games. Michal Handzus and Marian Hossa each notched assists. The Blackhawks will kick off their series with the Kings on Saturday.
