Brandon Saad will apparently stay on Chicago's top line even after Marian Hossa returns from an upper-body injury. Saad and Jonathan Toews have exhibited excellent chemsitry and Chicago coach Joel Quenneville has indicated that when Hossa returns he will play the three of them together and move Patrick Sharp permantly to a line with Patrick Kane and Michal Handzus. The latter unit had tremendous success last season. "[Saad is] a big-bodied guy, kind of like Jonny - strong on the puck," Quenneville said. "They have a lot of similar traits, but their strength and controlling and containing and sustaining pucks is as good as there is in the game." High praise for Saad and great news for Saad owners.
