He was reacting to MacLean's suggestion that Canadiens defenseman Raphael Diaz is partially to blame for Lars Eller being hospitalized on the Senators' Eric Gryba hit. MacLean's rationale is that Diaz passed the puck to Eller when Eller was in a compromising position. It's safe to say that these two teams are particularly heated going into Game 2 on Friday.
