Brad Richards is likely to open the season as a left winger on the Rangers' top line. Richards will play alongside Rick Nash and Derek Stepan. "It's a little foreign to me, but at the same time I'm going to be with a pair of talented guys, so that will make the transition easier," Richards said. "There's a lot more movement involved at center, at wing you're isolated a little bit more at times, so I'm sure there will be times when I catch myself drifting when I shouldn't." This might help Richards bounce back from a rough 2013 campaign, but it would also be a big boost if he gains LW eligibility in fantasy leagues. That all being said, this positional change might not last long.
