Anderson stopped 22 of 25 shots in Friday's 4-1 loss to the Bruins.
EDGE Analysis
Boston's final goal was scored into an empty net. Anderson delivered sharp performances in winning his first two starts for Buffalo, but the 40-year-old looked more like the fading netminder who failed to post a GAA under 3.25 in his final three campaigns with Ottawa before his brief four-game resurgence last year with the Caps. The Sabres don't have much in the way of better options in the crease, however, so Anderson could still see plenty of work this season even if he can't provide consistent results.
