Bolland (upper body) wasn't present for the Panthers' morning skate Thursday, George Richards of the Miami Herald reports. The Panthers were listing Bolland as day-to-day as recently as Sunday, but the fact that he hasn't resumed skating with the team suggests he's not as close to a return as his designation would imply. Bolland will miss a third straight game Thursday against the Blackhawks and looks likely to miss more action beyond that.
