Bolland (illness) has been sent to AHL Portland on a conditioning assignment, Harvey Fialkov of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Bolland is really struggling this season, as he only has five points in 25 games and that comes with a shooting percentage of 3.8, which is by far the worst mark for the skater in his ninth year. Making matters worse, Bolland is average 14:06 of ice time, more than two minutes less than he had last year (16:21).
