Bobby Butler played his first game for the Devils on Sunday afternoon. Butler was recalled from Albany of the AHL on Saturday and skated on the fourth line against in a 3-0 win over the Islanders Sunday. Due to a number of shorthanded situations, Butler only garnered 7:04 of ice time, but he picked up an assist and please coach Pete DeBoer with his outing."He gave us good energy, good legs, created some offense for us." DeBoer said. "He did a good job." He's a long way from being fantasy-relevant, but it's a step in the right direction for Butler.
