Blake Wheeler has remained closer to home in Minneapolis rather than coming to skate in Winnipeg due to the lockout. He has stayed in shape with group of roughly 40 players, who skate four times per week. "There's a lot of guys in this area and we're all going through the same thing," said Wheeler. "We can all kind of lean on each other. We're in this together. It helps to know we're not in at alone. You're with a big group of people and we're all on the same page." He is hopeful that a deal can be reached, but he isn't sure when it come. Wheeler led the Jets with a career-high 64 points in 80 games last year and he is anxious to get back to work.
