Ballard (concussion) appears unlikely to play again this season, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Ballard has been on the ice in recent weeks, but hasn't been able to increase the intensity of his workouts without concussion symptoms surfacing. The 32-year-old blueliner will be a free agent in the offseason and doesn't figure to draw much interest due to the uncertainty that he'll be able to play again.
