Bailey was one of four Islanders to score a goal in Saturday's win over the Hurricanes. The Islanders appear to have settled on Cory Conacher as their left wing on the John Tavares line, but working alongside Frans Nielsen and Nikolay Kulemin on the third line isn't a terrible gig for Bailey. Even so, the Islanders' offseason upgrades to their forward ranks may make it difficult to Bailey to surpass last season's production (eight goals, 30 assists in 77 games).
