Bailey recorded his second three-point game of the season Thursday against Vancouver, and now has five points in his past three games.
EDGE Analysis
Bailey has been very productive lately and continues to rack up the points. He's already surpassed his previous career-high of 41 points, and now sits just three goals shy of tying his career-high of 15. It's been a long time coming for the former first-round pick, who initially struggled with the speed and strength required to play center in the NHL, but over the past few seasons has carved himself into a fairly dependable two-way winger on the Islanders' top-six. He's been a surprisingly consistent contributor in fantasy this season, and playing alongside John Tavares has helped immensely.
